How it works

Step 1: “Customise My Trip” Request

It’s easy to get started! Simply click on the Customise My Trip tab and complete the information requested. Let us know about your interested destinations, travel styles, likes and dislikes. Do use the text box at the end of the form to inform us of any additional information that may be useful in understanding your travel preferences better.

Step 2: Preliminary Consultation

Upon receipt of your customised trip request form, we will get in touch with you for a more detailed consultation – this can be done via phone, a face-to-face meeting (these options are preferred to enable us to discuss with you better!) or if necessary, email.

Don’t worry – the preliminary consultation is free-of-charge and obligation free.

Step 3: Draft Itinerary

We should now have an understanding of the type of holiday you are looking for and will sketch up a draft itinerary based our discussion with you. The draft itinerary will be an overview of your holiday including destinations to be visited, number of days at each destination, highlights, trip costs and inclusions.

Step 4: Confirmation

If you are happy with our proposal and accept the proposed itinerary, a deposit1 of the land price is required to proceed into the next stage.

Step 5: Detailed Itinerary

Once we have received your deposit, we can begin to draw up your detailed day-to-day itinerary. Here, we will provide you with an itinerary to best maximize your holiday with daily suggestions on things to do, travel tips, directions, information on destination and attractions, dining and shopping recommendations as well as our carefully curated and chosen hotels for your trip.

Along the way, we will continue to discuss your needs and can fine tune the holiday to suit your preferences. We are committed to giving you a holiday that you want and no bookings will be made without your approval.

Step 6: Final Meetup

When we have made all the necessary bookings, we will arrange for a final meetup to handover your travel documents as well as run through the holiday with you and help clear any final questions that you may have.

From here, you should be all set for a memorable trip.
